We truly enjoyed this stay. The hotel was fairly clean and had positive staff apart from one receptionist. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was perfect with a beautiful view. The pizza restaurant served a wide range of great food.

The Moxy NYC Chelsea is a great hotel with complimentary wireless internet access and fantastic public spaces. The double room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed, with air purifiers and quality linens. The view of the Empire State Building from my room was spectacular, making my stay in the heart of New York truly memorable.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially the big windows.

The hotel had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a clean room. The view of the Empire State Building from my room was simply breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even handled some noisy neighbors on my floor. The location was perfect, close to subway stations and easy to find. I loved the thoughtful touches in the well-equipped room, like being able to easily sign in to my Netflix account on the TV. The hotel staff also went above and beyond by receiving packages on my behalf.
