The location is perfect – right in Chelsea with a view of the Empire State Building. The room was cozy and the bed was comfy. The $30 credit for the cafe/bar was a nice touch. However, the lack of room privacy and maintenance issues were disappointing. The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to the subway were definite highlights.
